- Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course(s) or service(s) specified in your order, unless otherwise stated. Access is granted to the registered user only and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
- We make every effort to ensure that course content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the subject matter at the time of delivery. However, we reserve the right to modify, enhance, or remove content to reflect updated safety standards, compliance regulations, or instructional improvements.
- In the event of any service disruption, such as downtime or technical failure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly. If an extended disruption occurs that significantly affects your ability to complete a course, you may contact us for support or a resolution.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.
- If your order includes a downloadable certificate or credential, you are responsible for providing accurate personal details, as errors in name spelling or credentials due to incorrect user input will not qualify for reissuance without an additional fee.
You may cancel a course or service within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course. No refunds will be issued after this period or for completed certifications. DSG reserves the right to cancel or suspend access at any time for users who violate our Terms, including abuse, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of content.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
